Automated Trade Bots is a free education site about trading bots. It publishes guides and calculators. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site gives general information only. It is not financial, tax or legal advice and it is not a personal recommendation. Read the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. Use of the calculators

The calculators are provided as is, with no warranty. A calculator gives the result of a formula for the numbers you enter. We do not promise that it is free of errors or that it suits your purpose. Check any result yourself before relying on it.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you do with the information on the site, including any trade you place or bot you run. Check your broker's terms and get advice from a licensed professional where you need it.

5. Intellectual property

The pages, text, pictures and tools on this site belong to us. You may link to any page. Please do not copy the site or large parts of it, or present it as your own.

6. Links to other sites

The site may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on it, including trading losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may change, add or remove pages and tools, and update these terms, at any time. The date at the top of each page shows when it was last reviewed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
